• IoT Sensor Telemetry: Real-time hardware vectors, continuous acceleration signatures, steps metrics, and baseline physiological metadata.
• Geographical Coordinates: Real-time GPS location updates used precisely to define secure geofence margins for safe positioning alerts.
• Pet's Eye Camera Streams: On-demand HD video streamed to your account when you or Dotti AI trigger a live view.
• Parent Profile Metadata: Registered account validation identifiers provided strictly to coordinate secure alert notifications directly to your application dashboard.

3. Data Retention Policy

We only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for satisfying legal, accounting, or reporting requirements:

• Active Account Data: Retained as long as your account remains active.
• IoT & Telemetry Data: Stored for 24 months to provide historical behavioral insights for your pet.
• Deletion Protocol: Once an account is deactivated or a deletion request is processed, we initiate the secure erasure of your data within 30 days.

You maintain full ownership and control over the data generated by your PAHI collar. You have the right to access, rectify, or request the permanent deletion of your data. All outbound data sequences leaving your pet's smart collar, including Pet's Eye video, are encrypted end-to-end utilizing industry-standard crypto protocols. We maintain administrative segregation strategies to ensure pet health analytics matrices remain independent, anonymous, and resilient against unauthorized interference.

6. Children's Privacy

PAHI is intended for use by adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at info@pahicare.com so we can securely delete such information from our records.
