By accessing or using the PAHI ecosystem, including our website, mobile application, and smart hardware, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Use of Services & User Conduct

PAHI services are intended for the monitoring of pet health, location, and live video via Pet's Eye. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree not to misuse our hardware or software to facilitate unauthorized data collection, reverse engineering, or to interfere with the integrity of the PAHI network.

3. Marketplace & Purchases

Our in-app marketplace facilitates the purchase of pet-related goods. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card details. Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy as published on the platform.

4. Limitation of Liability & Medical Disclaimer (Important)

While PAHI and Dotti AI aim to provide proactive health insights, our services are NOT a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Reliance on any information provided by PAHI is solely at your own risk. Animalystix Technology Private Limited shall not be held liable for any damages, health complications, or losses arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep our platform operational 24/7; however, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network outages, or hardware connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee continuous or error-free access to our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
